Img_2799__2__thumb They are Trix cereal treats with marshmallow fluff on top. Just follow the recipe for Rice Krispie Treats but substitute Trix cereal. A huge hit with the kids!

Img_2795__2__thumb Thanks! I cut strips of cardstock and ran them through the sewing machine to create garlands. You can DIY or buy them through thefairygodhostess.etsy.com

Img_2805__2__thumb Where did you find the cupcake sticks? Or did you make them yourself?

Img_2945__2__thumb Did you bake the cupcakes in the jars?

Img_2945__2__thumb Hi Erin, I did bake them in the jars. I filled them a little less than halfway and baked them at 350 for 6 minutes (oven times probably vary). I reccomend doing only a few the first time so you know you're getting the right height. Then I frosted and put the lid on!

Img_2945__2__thumb I am making these as my daughters favors for her 1st Birthday party next week, so excited to see how they turn out. I actually got a recipe to use neon food coloring for the cake mix. Thanks for the original idea!
