Party Recap

Not having a very big budget I started planning this party quite a few months in advance. That way I had plenty of time to search for bargains and also order things from places like China as they are significantly cheaper - the only down side is that items can take 3 weeks to arrive.
I made a lot of things myself inlcuding the cake and cupcakes, the party bags, the decorations, the fairy in jars, the invitations, treasure hunt items etc.
I also found some amazing bargains like buying the chair covers which were £20 for 15 covers!
On the day I had a LOT of help from friends with one very good mate doing some fabulous face painting and another cooking all the grub!
We played some cracking trational games like: "What's the time Mr Wolf" and I think we all had an amazing afternoon.

  • Party Favors

Cupcake, Decopatch fairy house (which they made during the party), sweet treat bag, treasure hunt items, fairy in a jar.

Do you mind sharing where you got the fairies from? I have been looking for them for my babys party.

Hi Brandi, I don't mind at all :) I got them from the Disney Store. They were £12 for a set of 7 figurines. I'm not sure that they still sell the same set but this one is similar :- http://m.disneystore.co.uk/fairies-tinker-bell-and-the-legend-of-the-neverbeast-figurine-set/mp/76713/1000259/. You could look on eBay where the same set may still be being sold by someone. Although they seemed expensive at the time actually per doll they were relatively cheap. Good luck!
