Party Recap...
This was my daughter, Tulip's, first birthday party. Since Pintrest came into my life, I have discovered a love of making all kinds of DIY projects! I came across a lot of different kinds of vintage-y decor that I took bits and pieces from and made my own party decor. I loved it! I must say, I'm quiet proud of it, considering it was the first party I ever threw that didn't involve me buying all the decor and supplies at a party store. I made EVERYTHING! The pinwheels, dessert stands and all the dessert on them from scratch, banners, tissue paper balls, cake topper and little tissue paper cupcake toppers, treat bags, I even made the pinata from a cardboard box and an obscene amount of tissue paper squares! Well, my husband constructed the pinata and I decorated the crap outta it anyway. Hope you enjoy!
