A small party hat made of stiffened cream felt (pictures) or white option at checkout-with sparkly gold dots (or silver) from card stock, decorated with a 1 in light blue outlined in gold, trimmed with light blue mini pom pom trim and a blue and cream yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 4", and height 5".
