A small size party hat made of stiffened white felt with baby blue, pink or mint polkadots, decorated with a 1 and trimmed with mini pom pom trim and a coordinating yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 4", and height 5".
