A stiffened white felt small party hat covered in burlap, decorated with a red/white, royal blue mini pom poms along bottom and a primary yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to 1/8" elastic to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 4", and height 5.5".
