I try to make all of my items as close to the original as possible, but because they are hand made sometimes you may notice very tiny differences. I do not feel this takes away from any of my items and I feel it only adds to their character. Please know that I only create and ship items that I would use myself for my own special personal parties, all of my items must meet my expectations and standards before I send them to you.
All items are shipped priority through the United States Postal Service with tracking and insurance. I require all packages to also have delivery confirmation, this is included in the shipping price and is for your protection and ours. I am not responsible if the package is returned to me by the post office. You will have to pay for the shipping again. No refunds will be given.
We are not responsible for packages damaged. Please file claim with USPS if this occurs. I will assist you in every way if this happens. I package items very well. Please open boxes carefully.
