A MINI party hat made of stiffened white felt covered in light pink gingham fabric. 1/2 in white/pink and trimmed with white poms on bottom and a pink/white yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is about 3", and height 4".
