A MINI party hat made of stiffened white felt covered in non flaky gold glitter, 1/2 in bright pink and trimmed with aqua (or white) pom poms on bottom and a colorful yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is about 3", and height 4".
