A small white felt party hat decorated with her birthday number in pink and lavender, lavender dots and trimmed with pink mini pom poms on bottom and a pink yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 4", and height 5".
