This listing is for green felt hats with a red feather. The feather is made from a bendable wire covered in felt. Child size fits most 3-8 year olds 19-21.5 inch head circumference.. Adult hat fits up to a 23.5 inch head circumference. I'm happy to make the hats larger or smaller as needed. I'm happy to make them smaller or larger as needed.
