A small crown made of stiffened white felt covered in burlap, decorated with 'one' in navy, trimmed with mini white pom poms along bottom and on crown points. Attached to 1/8" elastic to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of crown is 3.75", and height 2.85". Please note small size- see picture on 1 year old!
