A MINI party hat made in sparkle royal blue, decorated with a 1 in white with light blue outline and trimmed with mini light blue pom poms on bottom and a light blue/white yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 3", and height 4".

DOGS: If you are purchasing for a dog, please provide head measurement- start at top got down under chin and back to where started.

BOW TIE: A felt bow tie attached to a 5/8" white elastic strap. Bow measures 3.25”long x 1.75" wide. Neck strap is about 12" long with Velcro closure.
Length can be customized- provide circumference desired.
