A stiffened black felt mini party hat decorated with a 1/2 in white, trimmed with white mini poms and a matching yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to 1/8" elastic to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 2.85", and height 4".

BOW TIE: $8.25 in black to match the hat
A BLACK felt bow tie attached to a 5/8" white elastic strap. Bow measures 3.25”long x 1.75" wide.
Neck strap is about 12" long with Velcro closure. Length can be customized- provide circumference desired.
