A MINI party hat made of non flaky white glitter, decorated with a soft peachy pink number, trimmed with natural pom poms on bottom and a dusty peachy pink/white yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is about 3", and height 4".
