PROCESSING TIMES:
PDF File Links will be emailed to the email on file with Etsy within 2 business days (Weekends and holiday are not included). You will need to use the link provided to access your file via Dropbox. Printed Backdrops require 10 days processing plus ship time not including weekends or holidays.

RUSH ORDERS: Please contact us for Rush Orders prior to paying to be sure that we can accommodate your request. A rush fee of $25 may be applied to any orders requiring less than the stated processing time.

PRINTING: Please be aware that many print shops WILL NOT print licensed images such as cartoon characters, etc. I do not claim ownership of any of the graphics and I will not provide any release forms in regards to having your items printed at a print shop. Make sure that you have a reliable print shop prior to purchasing the template. No refund is given if the print shop refuses to print your purchased templates.

DELIVERY: Due to the size of the files, your digital file link will be sent via Dropbox or WeTransfer. Please be sure you and your print shop can access the links. Refunds will not be issued if you or your print shop is unable to use Dropbox or WeTransfer.

POLICIES: Please check your products immediately upon receipt. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours after delivery. FILES WILL NOT BE RESENT AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DELETED FROM OUR FILES UNLESS YOU MAKE A NEW ORDER!

COLOR VARIATIONS: Actual colors may vary due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers. The color printed may appear different then what is seen on screen. Colors may also print differently on different printers and papers. Something Sweet is not responsible for any color variations that occur due to the information provided above.
