If you are adding a photo to your design, please send it in a message via Etsy with. Please do not crop or edit your photo before sending. High quality photos are best with very few items in the background.

PROCESSING TIMES:
PDF Files will be emailed to the email on file with Etsy within 2 business days (Weekends and holiday are not included). Packages or more than 6 templates will be emailed within 5 business days. Custom designs will require a few additional days to create your custom design.

RUSH ORDERS: Please contact us for Rush Orders prior to paying to be sure that we can accommodate your request. A rush fee of $15 may be applied to any orders requiring less than the stated processing time.

PRINTING: You can print unlimited quantities of your bags at home using a color laser printer or at your nearest print shop (Ex. Staples, Office Depot, UPS, etc). Please be aware that many print shops WILL NOT print licensed images such as cartoon characters, etc. I do not claim ownership of any of the graphics and I will not provide any release forms in regards to having your items printed at a print shop. No refund is given if the print shop refused to print your purchased templates.

POLICIES:
Please check your products immediately upon receipt. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
Please be sure to check your spelling before sending as it is copied and pasted just as received.

COLOR VARIATIONS: Actual colors may vary due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers. The color printed may appear different then what is seen on screen. Colors may also print differently on different printers and papers. Something Sweet is not responsible for any color variations that occur due to the information provided above.
