Thanks Shelly! I actually made them. Just printed the clipart onto 8.5x11 paper then laminated them.

I'm in love with the redesigned silly string cans! Who did them?

  • want2belve@comcast.net

Thanks! I made the silly string can covers. You can print your own by visiting my website http://purplepatchparties.blogspot.com/2010/10/superhero-birthday.html. The link for the labels in all the way at the bottom.

I'm thinking about making some similar to these. I saw another one on pinterest with more on the back. Love them!

Lisa, would you be willing to share with me how you created this awesome invitation?

  • want2belve@comcast.net

Thanks Brenna! I believe I used a word processing program, like Microsoft Word to build the invitation. I found the Daily Planet logo online, added a photo of my son dressed as the man of steel. :) The invitation is 1/2 of an 8.5x11 sheet of paper, giving it the long-ish newspaper-y feel. I also printed it in a sepia tone to make it looked "aged". The image of the superheroes on the bottom is available on my website at http://purplepatchparties.blogspot.com/2010/10/superhero-birthday.html
